FAQ
Quick answers to the questions new users ask most.
Which networks can I connect?
Facebook Pages you manage, an Instagram professional account, your Threads profile, and your LinkedIn profile with the company Pages you administer. Each has its own guide: Connect Facebook, Connect Instagram, Connect Threads, Connect LinkedIn.
Do I need a Facebook Page to connect Instagram?
No. Instagram connects through Instagram Login, and a professional (business or creator) account is enough. If your account is personal, switch it in the Instagram app first.
How do I connect a Facebook Page?
In Connections, select Connect Facebook, sign in to Facebook, choose the Pages Artima Socials may use and confirm the permissions. You need to be an admin of the Page, or have a role on it that allows publishing.
How do I connect LinkedIn, with or without company Pages?
In Connections, choose what you will approve under Add an account: Personal profile and company Pages or Personal profile only. Only company Pages where you are an admin can be connected.
Why does an account show as expired, and how do I fix it?
Every connected account has a status, such as Active, Waiting for selection or Expired. Only active accounts can be selected for publishing. Expired means the network no longer accepts the stored access token. Connect the account again — select Connect Facebook, Connect Instagram, Connect Threads or Connect LinkedIn in Connections, exactly as on the first connect. The new token replaces the old one.
How far ahead can I schedule a post?
Up to 365 days. In Publish, the Schedule field takes the date and time in your own time zone; its hint notes that the time is sent in UTC. A time that has already passed, or one beyond the 365 days, is refused with the reason.
What happens when publishing fails for one network?
Every account returns its own result: published, scheduled or failed, with the reason. A failure on one account does not affect the others. Fix the cause and publish to that account again; the published copies are not touched. The full flow is in Write and publish a post.
How do I delete a post that is already published?
In History, select Delete from networks on the post. The post is deleted on each network it went to, and this can't be undone. Two exceptions: an Instagram copy can't be deleted from here — delete it in Instagram — and a copy on an account you have since disconnected has to be deleted on the network itself.
Where do the analytics numbers come from?
From the networks themselves: Analytics reads the metrics each network provides for your connected accounts and shows them with the time they were read. Each network offers a different set, and a metric the network did not return is marked as unavailable, not shown as zero. More in Read your analytics.
How do I switch the app's language?
Select the language in the app header or in Settings — the menu offers English and Čeština. The whole app, including dates and messages, follows the choice.
Where can I read about my data and privacy?
The Security and data page says what we store, how we protect it, and what we never do with it; the legal details are in Privacy. To have your data deleted, see Delete your account and data.
