Sub-processors
Artima s.r.o., Company ID 19658451, uses the providers below to run Artima Socials. For audience data processed for customers, these are sub-processors under section 11 of the Terms of Service.
1. Providers
Each provider listed below processes personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, forming part of its standard terms accepted by us.

Section 4 in the Data column means section 4 of the Privacy Policy. Resend's contracting entity, country of establishment and processing region have not been confirmed. Privacy Policy section 13 describes international processing and the safeguards under each provider’s data processing agreement; an Eastern Europe location hint does not guarantee EU-only processing.
2. Not sub-processors
- Social networks: Meta and LinkedIn receive the content and instructions you direct us to send and act as independent controllers under their own terms.
- Your own tools: tools connected through the API, MCP or webhooks are chosen by you and process data under your own contract with their providers, subject to the network restrictions in the Terms.
3. Changes
We update this page and its version before a new or replacement sub-processor begins processing. We notify customers by email at least 30 days in advance, identifying the provider, purpose and processing location. You may object on reasonable data-protection grounds by writing to privacy@artima.ai within that period. If we cannot resolve the objection, you may terminate the affected Service without penalty.
