Delete your account and data
You can remove a single social account, or have all your data deleted.
Remove one social account
In Connections, select Disconnect next to the account. We delete its stored access token, so nothing can be published or loaded for it any more. Its direct messages are deleted immediately, but its account record and post history stay until you delete your Artima Socials account. Your other connections keep working.
Delete all your data
In Settings → Delete account, confirm with DELETE and your password. Your sign-in and personal settings are removed; a workspace for which you are the only owner is also deleted with its content. Posts already published on networks remain there. The Data deletion page explains retained records and workspace restrictions.
You can also write to privacy@artima.ai from the email address you use for Artima Socials and ask us to delete your data. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm the account is yours. We confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
Remove the app at the network
Meta: Facebook, Instagram and Threads. When you remove the app, Meta can send us a deauthorisation notice. We then stop using the matching connections and immediately delete their direct messages; their stored access tokens are no longer used and are deleted when you delete your account or ask us at privacy@artima.ai. A deletion request you make through Meta reaches us separately; for matching connections we then delete access tokens and direct messages immediately. Neither notice erases the connection record, posts, imported posts or media; that data follows the Data deletion page and the Privacy Policy. For complete deletion, use account deletion or email us.
LinkedIn. LinkedIn does not notify us, so disconnect here and email us or delete your Artima Socials account.
Encrypted database and server-configuration backups used only for disaster recovery may retain personal data for at most 28 days after account deletion; media files are not included. See the Privacy Policy, section 9.
